PERSONAL PRIVATE SESSION

With a Private Session, you’ll get the attention you deserve from a knowledgeable, trained instructor who will tailor each session to your specific health needs. If you need greater hip flexibility, you can have an entire class focused solely on the hips. If you are stressed, you can work together on breathing for 20 minutes; you may even choose to meditate for the hour.

A skilled private yoga instructor will give you tools that often apply “off the mat.” Everyone can use tips on how to stand and sit taller, use different breathing techniques, and stretch properly before exercise. Most importantly, a Personal Private Yoga Session will give you the unique opportunity to see yourself at a different level and to deepen your own practice.

PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS

Specifically designed for 2-5 people, Private Group Yoga can be part of your weekly routine or part of a special day like Girls’ or Guys’ Day Out. Simply set your schedule with us over the phone and enjoy a Private Session led by a trained instructor.

Make it your own! Group Sessions are all about you. Customize your experience by choosing your own soundtrack or switch things up by choosing a theme or outfit color each day. Private Group Sessions are available to you 7 days a week. This is a great opportunity to gather a group of friends, neighbors, family, etc. and together map out a collective pursuit toward a more balanced, healthier, and more fulfilled life.
