Yoga can help us feel centered, balanced, more relaxed and overall more mindful. We have developed our pricing plans with affordability in mind for a variety of budgets. BEGINNERS YOGA WORKSHOP
Just starting out in Yoga? Maybe you have not focused on our Yoga practice in some time? Copper Canyon’s Beginners Yoga Workshop is the perfect option for you!
This Workshop will focus on learning the basic Yoga poses (Asanas) and flows, ultimately providing a wonderful foundation as you start to build your Yoga Practice.

To maximize your Workshop experience we suggest first taking Workshop I and graduating to Workshop II.
Instructor: Brandan Wilson
A high interval training class that infuses many of the Yoga asanas (poses) and meditations. Will alternate between low to moderate intervals and high intensity intervals. Going all out for short bursts of intense movements, followed by short and active recovery periods.
This type of Yoga is a great way to keep your heart rate up, burning fat and calories faster than normal steady-state Yoga classes. Modifications are provided for all classes.

Vinyasa Flow Level I
Beginner level of Vinyasa Yoga open to all levels of experience.
Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way,” Vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. Inhalation is usually connected to upward, open movements, while exhalation is often tied to downward movements or twists.
Often times Vinayasa is the link between movement and breath exemplifying this movement/breath connection focusing on the act of setting an intention for your Yoga practice ultimately taking the appropriate steps to reach those goals.

ZEN YOGA LEVEL I
Join us for our Zen Yoga Level I class. Great for all levels of Yoga experience.
Focusing on physical alignments (achieving the correct postures) and state of mind.
Enhancing the energy flow in the body, positively influencing one’s health and well-being on a physical and emotional level. The Zen yoga practice guides the energy through different routes in the body, sending it in beneficial directions.
Achieving mindful awareness, the postures of Zen yoga allow yogis to focus on the body, noticing any restrictions or tight areas, and heightening awareness. Through non-judgmental noticing, these areas can begin to release. It is said that this opening and melting lets the yogi become more flowing and free in the whole of their lives.

Kripalu yoga is a more gentle form of Hatha yoga. It incorporates asana, breathing techniques, mudras and meditation, which draw the awareness to the sensations of the body, breath and mind.
Kripalu yoga focuses on proper alignment where poses (asanas) are held for a short time, deepening of awareness to the sensations felt in the body and finding a more meditative state wherein you are guided by your intuitive knowledge and moves according to the flow of prana.
